Job Summary
Responsible for upholding ABC regulations and resort policies pertaining to guest admittance into/out of GEP establishments and safe consumption of alcohol. Will monitor crowds and step in as needed to ensure safety of all guests and employees. Must provide great customer service while enforcing rules and providing information about resort and surrounding areas.
Required
Thorough understanding of ABC policies and regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be at least 21
Preferred
Previous experience working security
Typical Schedule
Days:
Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
Hours:
Varied hours depending on hours of operation and business demands
Core Responsibilities
- Enforce ABC boundaries on restaurant and resort property
- Maintain, comply with, and enforce ABC regulations and resort ABC policies
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intoxication to ensure safety of all guests and employees
- Provide accurate cash handling when collecting cover charges at door of venue and checking IDs of guests prior to entry
- Enforce safe removal of non-compliant guests from property to deescalate potentially aggressive situations
- Other duties as assigned by management
