Position requires great customer service, cash handling experience, and problem solving skills. Must be at least 18 with prior supervisory experience and knowledge of cash register operations. Duties include supervising staff on shift, selling admission tickets/ retail items, opening and closing registers, and other duties as assigned by management.
Schedule: Varies, including weekends and holidays. Hours: Varies, including evenings.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist each agent with end of shift cash out and verify paperwork has been filled out correctly
- Assist with resolving customer conflicts and work to ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcome
- Report any issues needing further attention to Manager on Duty
- Evaluate customer flow and adjust staff accordingly
- Assist customers calling to cancel online reservations
