General Duties:
- Project organization and administration; responsible for all engineering, accounting, cost control, quality assurance, and project closeout on assigned projects
- To know the plans, specifications, estimate, cost reports and the contract for all assigned projects
- Determine the overall construction schedule and preparation of the detailed CPM schedule
- Supervise all subcontract work: procurement, coordination, performance, and final payments
- Establish and maintain satisfactory relations with the Owner and Architect: obtain approvals, change orders, extra work orders, requisitions and acceptance of work
- Review and approve all requisitions, purchase orders, and cost codes to exercise control over all expenditures
- Review subcontractor’s field supervisory personnel and forces for adequacy to meet schedule requirements and ensure subcontractor compliance
- Hold weekly meetings with subcontractors, Owner and Architect on all assigned jobs
- Attend stakeholder appropriate meetings, i.e. project meetings, owner’s meetings, etc
