Outside Plant Team Lead (Broadband)

We are well established and growing. To progress these efforts, we are looking for a hands-on outside plant professional based in Massena/Atlantic, Iowa. We are nestled only within an hour of both Omaha and Des Moines.

As a key member of our small team with two direct reports, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of variety communications equipment and systems including OSP construction of a 100% FTTH operation.

You'll need to have:

• Several years of solid OSP Broadband/Telcom technical experience.

• Experience with installation/install, fiber splicing, Calix, LAN/WAN, fixed wireless, special circuits, etc.

• Unwavering work ethic.

• Fiber deployment including construction and turning up new customer.
