Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Hardscape & Construction Crew Member to assist with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and other outdoor structures. This role involves working with stone, pavers, and various building materials to create custom outdoor living spaces. You will also assist with construction projects, such as pergolas, pavilions, and landscape drainage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Hardscape Installation – Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor living spaces using pavers, stone, and other materials.
- Masonry Work – Assist with cutting, shaping, and laying bluestone and pavers with precision.
- Site Preparation & Grading – Excavate, level, and prepare job sites for hardscape and drainage installation.
- Construction Projects – Assist in building pergolas, pavilions, other outdoor structures and some home renovation projects.
- Drainage Solutions – Install landscape drainage systems to improve water flow, prevent erosion and help mitigate water issues around houses.
- Equipment Operation – Occasional small machinery operation such as tractor, dingo, and loaders (training provided if necessary).
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in hardscape installation, masonry, or construction preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 60 lbs.)
- Must be able to work outdoors in most weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow, while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and follow directions and project specifications.
- Experience using hand and power tools, including saws, compactors, and levels
- Willingness to learn and follow company methods and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and take direction from the foreman.
- Valid, clean driver’s license (driving record will be requested).
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Experience operating small machinery (dingo, skid steer, mini excavator).
- CDL license is a huge plus.
- Knowledge of grading and drainage systems.

This is a full time position, Monday - Friday. Pay determined based upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
