Duties:
· Answer phones in a friendly, warm manner
· Set up zoom appointments
· Set up prospect files
· Make day-before confirmation calls
· Stamp outgoing mail
· Sort/distribute incoming mail
· Manage Redtail calendar
· Send week ahead reminder letters for appointments
· Record all messages in Redtail
· Triage after hours email messages from Quincy Answering Service
· Assist with copying/scanning as needed
· Keep lobby neat and clean
· Back up for Admin Assist
Skills:
· Knowledge, skills & Abilities:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Proficient phone skills
· Command of the English language and grammar
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to prioritize and work in a high-volume office
