What You Will Be Doing
Network in the community to continuously have personal and company presence, make new connections, build relationships and prospect for potential customers and team member
Proven ability to canvass for personal leads (offer our services in-person, door-to-door sales)
Generate your own leads/business and maintain your customer base
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals (office will collab with you on this, as this is an individual quota)
Develop sales strategies to boost and refine sales
Maximize sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction
Present potential customers with product/knowledge presentations to help them make decisions on using our services
Recommend products/services and overcome objections to close deals
Network with and around the customer's home/business to generate more sales
Qualfications
Roofing Sales Experience is Required
Exceptional ability to build rapport with customers
Competitive and Winning mindset and attitude
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated
Must have and be active on Social Media (Facebook is a must-have)
Strong time-management capabilities with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Capability to learn and scripts and dialogues (role play with team)
This role is perfect for a motivated individual ready to lead a team towards achieving exceptional sales results in the roofing industry
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Hours are not set, but the expectation is full-time Monday through Saturday, working optimal hours for canvassing on weekdays in the late afternoon to early evening and Saturdays 10-3

Uncapped Compensation Plan: 100% Commission-Based with Unlimited earning potential on Individual Sales
