- Saturday 11am-4pm
- Sunday 11am-4pm and 3pm-8pm
- Monday 11am-4pm
We are seeking reliable PCAs to provide care for Suzanne, a 62-year-old female with advanced Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Suzanne is a happy person who loves to laugh and has an easy going personality. She enjoys going for walks around LaSalette Shrine (in her electric wheelchair), getting ice cream at Bliss Bros, and watching true crime docs, as well as Lifetime Movies.
Suzanne was diagnosed with MS over 30 years ago and is 100% disabled, meaning she can not walk or sit unsupported, and is completely dependent on PCAs for her day-to-day living needs and basic survival. Our goal is to keep Suzanne at home for as long as possible- free from a long-term care facility.
Overall, Suzanne is in good health, with little issues for being confined to a bed and chair minimal skin breakdowns, no catheter, no feeding tubes.
One requirement for this position Responsibility. The other duties for this position can be learned during training on-the-job.

You will be asked to complete a log, or checklist, of duties performed and medications administered.
I'm willing to be flexible with the exact times for these shifts for the right PCA. As additional shifts become available, you will have first pick.
Activities of Daily Living that worker is required to perform :

laundry
meal preparation and clean-up
mobility
passive range-of-motion exercises
toileting
Wages are paid bi-weekly through a fiscal intermediary, Tempus Unlimited. $19.50 with typical PTO and Paid Family Medical Leave. All onboarding documents and bi-weekly timesheets are completed via website, a valid email address is required for use. Some knowledge of technology is helpful.
SIGN-ON BONUS : $100 CASH bonus will be provided after PCA completes all new hire documents, training shifts, and 90 days of employment! A 2nd $100 CASH bonus is provided following a paid 4 hour New Hire Orientation, free 2-year CPR / FIRST AID Certification, and 6 months of employment!
