Sr. Supervisor Instruments Manufacturing

Nova Biomedical is hiring a Senior Supervisor Instruments Manufacturing Team in our Enterprise Road facility in Billerica, MA. The Instrument Manufacturing Supervisor manages the daily activities of the Manufacturing Group leaders and Manufacturing Associates in the assigned areas. This position develops and implements the initiatives necessary for manufacturing to achieve their stated objective of manufacturing products of superior quality and reliability, on time, and in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

This position has overall responsibility to ensure their areas are compliant to all company standards and safety requirements, their personnel are trained and competent in their duties, the accuracy of area inventory, and the achievement of production scheduled. Hours : 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM.

Other Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

• Achieve weekly production schedules and department goals.
• Manage the area's inventory through the cycle count program; reconcile count discrepancies

and input count data.
