Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items according to company recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and storage spaces.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, grocery store, or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
