Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability in the store or café area.
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and product pricing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or grocery store settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food service operations and food safety standards is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills and experience operating point-of-sale systems are advantageous.
