What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of in-home sales representatives
- Provide regular training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Drive results through consultative sales strategies and strong leadership
- Monitor KPIs and provide strategic direction to meet and exceed sales targets
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales reps
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a steady lead flow
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of sales management experience
- Background in in-home sales (home improvement, remodeling, windows/doors preferred)
- Strong consultative selling and customer service skills
- Leadership and motivational abilities
- Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation
- Commission-based pay structure
- High earning potential: $180,000 - $250,000 annually (performance-based)
