Your Responsibilities
- Utilize various marketing tools to enhance the company’s brand presence and product visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to design and implement social media marketing campaigns (primarily LinkedIn).
- Analyze the company’s marketing strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Research and track trends in digital marketing and social media, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry developments.
- Provide back-office support to financial advisors and assist with client-related tasks.

What We Expect from You
- Must be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled in a four-year bachelor’s degree program, with an anticipated graduation date of 2026, 2027, or 2028.
- Ability to work in-person at the Arcadia or Westlake Village office.
- Pursuing a major in Data Analytics, Sales, Communications, Marketing, or Finance.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience through student organizations, internships, community involvement, or paid employment.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
Schedule
- 6–8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
