Duties
- Conduct cold calling to reach potential candidates and generate interest in open positions.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates through various channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of talent for future roles.
- Leverage technology platforms such as Salesforce, UltiPro, Workday, and ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and management.
- Engage in lead generation activities to build a network of potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Support talent management initiatives by providing insights on candidate performance and fit within the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Experience using HR sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and succession planning processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
