The Opportunity
GBS Change Management & Readiness Manager will spearhead the change management efforts for our Global Business Services transformation, one of the most significant transition initiatives in the company's history as well as for the organization long term. This highly visible and impactful role will be responsible for crafting and executing change management strategies and readiness plans that ensure maximum employee adoption and usage of the required changes. The successful candidate will also oversee internal communications for the GBS organization and will guide the organization through this transformative period.
This role will be responsible for developing, executing and influencing strategies to build and increase buy-in and executive / senior leadership support for change. The individual will lead a team of matrixed Change Agents. This leader will apply expert knowledge and a variety of change management concepts, practices and procedures. Additionally, the right candidate will :
- Proactively engage leadership with appropriate readiness and communication plans, problem solving, and goal setting.
- Manage change with confidence and cultivate a network throughout the organization to garner support.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries.
- Guide GBS leadership on change and communications to facilitate business transformation.
- Provide leadership, advice and training to less experienced change and readiness agents.
The Team
The GBS team is responsible for developing, managing and governing MassMutual’s 3rd party labor strategy and any transformation efforts related to 3rd party labor. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are in the building phase of developing a set of capabilities, processes and tools to ensure 3rd party labor supports our GBS and MassMutual strategies. Additionally, this role is responsible for Supply / Demand planning for our GBS entity including capacity and resource management. This role will be responsible for implementing the demand, capacity and resource management processes across the GBS while partnering with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and the business. This role will drive an integrated variable labor strategy for MassMutual that will support leaders in making long-term decisions which will result in a cost effective, high quality and integrated workforce that enables our business.
