POSITION SUMMARY

Our approach to HR is progressive, strategic and innovative. We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to support a member of our Executive Leadership Team.
Through influence, consulting and coaching on the human capital strategy, the Senior HRBP will consult with leaders to help them better leverage talent to exceed strategic business aspirations and objectives.
Reports to Head of Human Resources Consulting & Talent Management. This position will be hybrid (combination of in the office and work from home) and can be based in Boston or Springfield, MA.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Partner directly with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business priorities
- Develop holistic Talent strategy : onboarding, development, engagement, retention plans for top high potential and critical talent
Invest in development to align top talent’s career growth with future leadership needs

176,400.00-$231,500.00
