Position: Front Office Manager
Reports to: Administration / MaST Network Team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Two years prior school clerical experience
- School clearances
- Must be proficient in the use of email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and GSuites, and other productivity applications like Dropbox and Evernote.
Operational Responsibilities:
Collaborates and works with all support staff to complete day-to-day events. These responsibilities include:
- Assists in managing all local financial accounts/student activities.
- Assists in tracking all deliveries and shipments once they arrive at the school.
- Supports in front office procedures:
- Attendance
- Transportation
- Announcements
- Mailings
- Phone/ visitor check-in
- Greet and welcome all visitors, students, and parents each day.
- Handle all transportation for students including bus communication and taxis.
- Assisting with enrollment paperwork in conjunction with MaST Network Team.
- Assisting with the updating of student information.
- Scheduling of conference rooms and school spaces.
- Coordinating details for assemblies, field trips, and grade-level school events.
- Oversee t-shirt and supply sales, send monthly reports, and track inventory.
- Organizing information for weekly Wednesday announcements.
- Help to manage all food service issues and accounts within the school on a day-to-day basis.
- All other projects/duties as assigned by CEO, School Leader, or Network team.
- Provides a report update to the School Leader and Network team on daily occurrences taking place in the building. These details should include items related to student attendance, orders, deliveries, bus issues, financial requisitions, and anything related to the organization’s health and well-being each day.
Terms of Employment: Twelve (12) months. Contract terms and salary to be determined by the Board of Trustees.
Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of state law, administrative code, and the Board’s policy on evaluation.
