As a Residential Roofing Laborer, you will be an essential part of our team, assisting with roof installations, repairs, and maintenance. Whether you are an experienced roofer or just starting out, we provide the training and support needed to help you build a long-term career in roofing.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential roofs
- Work safely on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding while following OSHA safety guidelines
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Support the crew by following instructions and working efficiently
- Perform other general labor tasks as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old (or 16 if enrolled in a technical school)
- Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Construction or roofing experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person!
- Full Time Position
- Competitive Pay at $52,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience
