We are on the hunt for a Roofing & Construction Sales Manager who will lead, train, and inspire our sales team to finalize contracts with accuracy, drive revenue, and build lasting client relationships. You'll be at the forefront of our growth, working closely with leadership to develop and expand our high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure consistent deal closing and sales growth.
- Set ambitious but achievable goals and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Oversee sales activities, pipeline management, and follow-ups to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Work closely with management to shape the future of the company and contribute to ongoing success.
- Present yourself as a trusted industry expert, always upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- 3 or more years of sales management experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related industry
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Experience with sales strategy, pipeline management, and goal setting
- A strong track record of accountability, leadership, and self-motivation
- Prior year earnings of at least $75,000 (with the potential to earn $150,000 in this role!)

- Full Time Position
- Base Salary Commission. Total earning potential $150,000 or more!
