This position ensures that projects are done in a timely and accurate manner for our greater Philadelphia, PA area clients. A motivated Foreman Roofer / Crew Supervisor who has a flexible schedule and wants to work 45-55 hours / week . You will also enjoy an annual salary of $65,000-$95,000 / year , depending upon experience and receive a full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), bonuses, a company truck, laptop, phone, and complete technical and sales training. As a Foreman Roofer / Crew Supervisor, you are the face of our company since you spend time out in the field. Your can-do, get-it-done personality encourages you to take responsibility for your performance as well as your team's. As an offensive and defensive player, you lead your team in preventing delays and staying within budget. You leave customers cheering because of your friendly demeanor and positive attitude!

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A FOREMAN ROOFER / CREW SUPERVISOR
- A winning record of a minimum of 2 years in roofing construction
- 1 year of crew leadership preferred
- Can withstand Mother Nature's tactics
- The physical ability to lift, climb, stretch, and perform other on-the-job related tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Attentive to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
