As a Roofing Crew Manager - Foreman, you're consistently out in the field during each project, so you are the face of the company. QUALIFICATIONS
- A record of at least 3 years of winning in roofing construction
- 1 year of crew leadership experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stretching, and performing other construction-related tasks
- Strong leadership ability
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Attentive to detail
