As a Roofing Foreman, you are also the face of our company since you are the point of contact with the client during the project. You are a can-do, get-it-done person who takes responsibility for the performance of you and your team. As both an offensive and defensive player, you help your team prevent delays and stay within budget. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude get customers cheering!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A ROOFING FOREMAN
- A 3 year winning record in roofing construction
- 1 year of crew leadership preferred
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift, climb, stretch and perform other tasks typically associated with construction work
- Leadership ability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
WORK SCHEDULE
The full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45-55 hours per week.
