Key Responsibilities
- Drive Operational Success : Strategically plan and assign loads using Optimal Dynamics and our TMS to maximize efficiency, revenue, and resource utilization.
- Make Smart, Fast Decisions : Navigate real-time changes in schedules, driver availability, and customer demands to keep freight moving efficiently despite inevitable challenges.
- Balance Efficiency with Profitability : Monitor and analyze load profitability, ensuring that every assignment aligns with the company's financial goals.
- Tackle Real-Time Problem-Solving : Identify and address logistical challenges with precision and urgency and can adapt under pressure.
- Maximize Driver Productivity : Ensure that drivers are assigned to the right loads at the right time to keep them moving efficiently while maintaining compliance with HOS regulations.
- Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with customer service, driver managers, and operations teams to create synergy and streamline workflow.
- Master the Systems : Utilize and troubleshoot our TMS, Optimal Dynamics, and other planning tools to maintain a highly optimized dispatch process.
