Your Responsibilities
- Install and service satellite and cable systems to ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications issues using specialized tools and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth, professional installation experience.
- Follow all safety procedures and field protocols with precision and care.
What We’re Looking For
- Physical Capability – Able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
- Adaptability – Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License – Must be available for evening and weekend work.
- Willingness to Travel – Required to attend training in Kentwood, MI (travel and hotel expenses covered).
