Starting Pay During Training: $20 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to climb ladders and meet safety requirements (total weight with tools/equipment should not exceed 375 pounds).
- Capability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including those without heating or air conditioning.
- Flexibility to work in different positions, such as kneeling or bending.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
