Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 375 lbs (including equipment).
- Able to lift 60-80 lbs and climb ladders up to 36 feet.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, such as kneeling or crawling.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record check.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Available to start by 02/10/25.
- Willing to travel to Pelham, AL for training (hotel and expenses covered for eligible candidates).
