Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 375 lbs (including equipment).
- Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and climb ladders as high as 36 feet.
- Willing to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Comfortable with physically demanding activities like kneeling or crawling.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a drug test, background check, and driving record check.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Available to start by 03/24/25.
- Willing to travel to Pelham, AL for training (hotel and expenses covered for eligible candidates).
