Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 375 lbs (including equipment).
- Capable of lifting 60-80 lbs and climbing ladders up to 36 feet.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, indoors and outdoors.
- Comfort with physically demanding tasks like kneeling or crawling.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must pass a drug test, background check, and driving record assessment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to start by 03/31/25.
- Willingness to travel to Kentwood, MI for training (hotel and expenses covered for eligible candidates).
