Training Pay: $18 per hour
Start Date: February 3rd

Requirements:
- Comfort with climbing ladders and following safety protocols (combined weight with tools must not exceed 375 lbs).
- Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and work on ladders up to 36 feet high.
- Willingness to work in diverse environments, including those without climate control.
- Physical ability to kneel, crawl, and bend.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Willing to travel to Indianapolis, IN 46241 for training.
