Position: Entry Level Technician
Location: Sarasota, FL
Start date: January 13th
At Mastec Advanced Technologies, we are looking for a motivated Entry Level Technician to join our team. You’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and upgrading Direct TV satellite systems, ensuring that everything is set up correctly to meet our customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the installation and repair of Direct TV satellite systems.
- Recommend the best technologies to meet customer needs.
- Ensure all systems are installed and functioning correctly.
- Use hand and power tools.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass pre-employment assessments and tests.
- Ability to lift 60-80 pounds and climb ladders up to 40 feet.
- Available to start on December 16th.
- Preferred: Basic understanding of electrical systems (not required).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: Piece-rate compensation structure, with average hourly earnings of $20-$22 after training.
- During training: $15 per hour.
