General Laborer - Manufacturing
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
- Shift 1: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Possible overtime)
- Shift 2: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Possible overtime)
- Shift 3: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Possible overtime)
Job Description:
Cargill is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for the position of General Laborer Level 3 in a manufacturing/warehouse setting. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Lifting 40-55 lbs and assisting with various warehouse tasks
- Picking orders for shipment
- Stacking bags of animal feed supplements
- Handling approximately 20 tons of finished product
- Entering production data via computer (ability to log onto a site, track daily activities)
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to perform tasks as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40-55 lbs consistently
- Must have steel-toed boots (PPE provided by Cargill)
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Experience in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting is a plus
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
