What You Can Expect:
- Performance-Based Pay – Earn based on the work you complete through our piece-rate compensation model.
- Paid Training – No previous experience? That’s okay. We provide four weeks of paid training at $15/hour to set you up for success.
- Tools Provided – You’ll receive all the tools and equipment needed to do your job effectively.
- Company Vehicle & Gas Card – Use your assigned van for daily work and take it home at the end of the day for convenience.
- Career Advancement – Opportunities to grow into leadership positions such as Field Technician Supervisor or Site Manager.
- Independent Work – Enjoy the freedom of managing your own schedule and working independently in the field.
Your Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle to install satellite systems.
- Diagnose and solve technical installation issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each customer has a smooth and satisfying experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable climbing ladders (combined weight with tools must not exceed 375 lbs).
- Able to lift between 60–80 lbs and work on ladders up to 36 feet high.
- Willing to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather.
- Physically capable of kneeling, bending, and crawling.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Willing to travel to Port Allen, LA for paid training (hotel provided).
