Join MasTec Advanced Technologies to assist customers in selecting the best tech solutions, ensuring smooth installations, and optimizing performance. Your role will be key to MasTec’s ongoing success.

TRAINING PAY: $18 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable climbing ladders (combined weight with tools must not exceed 375 lbs).
• Able to lift 60-80 lbs and work on ladders up to 36 feet.
• Willing to work in various environments, including non-climate-controlled areas.
• Physically capable of kneeling, crawling, and bending.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to travel to Findlay, Ohio 45840 for training (hotel and expenses covered if eligible).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues as they occur.
• Use schematics and technical expertise to diagnose problems.
• Assist with installing and setting up new smart home equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong focus on customer service.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No prior experience necessary.
