TRAINING PAY RATE: $20 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable using ladders and adhering to safety standards (total weight of individual and tools cannot exceed 375 pounds).
- Ability to lift 60–80 pounds and work on ladders up to 36 feet high.
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical tasks may involve kneeling, crawling, or bending.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
