Position Details:

Your Responsibilities:
- Drive a company-provided van to customers' homes to install fiber optic for high-speed internet, cable, and phone services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.

What We Require:
- Comfortable working on ladders (must meet manufacturer’s safety requirements).
- Ability to lift 60-80 lbs and work on 28-36 ft ladders.
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors, with or without climate control.
- Physically capable of kneeling, crawling, bending, and performing hands-on work.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Willing to travel to Charlotte, NC for training.
