As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and technical aspects of outside plant construction projects. Your leadership skills will guide subordinate managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your role will involve interfacing with field managers, clients, subcontractors, and owners to ensure customer satisfaction. You will plan, coordinate, and/or supervise activities of all operations employees on assigned projects. Regular project site visits will enable you to stay informed about progress and address any issues promptly.
Additionally, you will oversee bid projects, including profit and loss responsibility and management of fleet assets dedicated to these projects. You will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure compliance with internal reporting deadlines and assist in resolving accounts receivable invoices over 51 days.
Success in this position requires strong organizational and business management skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. You will be expected to cultivate an in-depth understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards. This knowledge will help you make informed decisions and implement effective strategies to achieve project goals.
