Responsibilities
As a Field Supervisor, you will support maintenance technician work, nodes split, and system upgrades.
In addition, you will:
- Give direction to multiple crews and their Jobsite activities
- Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom
- Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers
- Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture
- Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects
- Must have prior wireline experience
- Aeria and Underground is considered a plus.
