Responsibilities

As a Fleet Manager, you are responsible for vehicle maintenance processes, vendor management, and asset management of corresponding regions. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

• This is an ONSITE position - must live within comfortable commute to Eagle River, WI
  
  

In addition, you will:

• Give direction, guidance, and support to Fleet Coordinators, both local and remote 
• Work with senior leadership to develop and control the Fleet Department’s annual expense and capital budgets 
• Create and implement new processes, procedures, and reporting to verify fleet is maintained according to company safety standards 
• Develop your team’s skillset and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  
  

Qualifications

About You:

• Safety is a part of your day to day
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
• You are looking for long term projects
• You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
• You have at least 5 years of progressively challenging fleet management in a construction environment 
• You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team 
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software 
• You have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Class A CDL preferred, but not required
• Ability to commute to our location in Eagle River, WI M-F 7AM-4PM

Salary Guidelines - $65,000-75,000/yr (DOE)
