Responsibilities
As an IT Asset Analyst, you will manage IT hardware and software asset management.
In addition, you will:
- Manage the full lifecycle of an asset, including purchasing, receiving, asset tagging, tracking, and recycling IT hardware, software, and other assets
- Respond to and manage IT support tickets.
- Maintain records containing information for all IT assets and provide reporting to leadership
- Manage costs through product tracking
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
This is an in office position with 1 or 2 days working from home. Depending on business needs.
Compensation $25-$29/hr, Depending on Experience
Qualifications
About You:
- You have experience in tracking assets through a full lifecycle
- You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn custom software
- You have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills Safety is a part of your day to day
- You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
