About the Role:
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for performing daily QA/QC responsibilities to ensure the delivery and execution of all project activities meet the required standards. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and tackling challenges head-on.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for performing daily QA/QC responsibilities to ensure the delivery and execution of all project activities meet the required standards. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and tackling challenges head-on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with local teams, Project Managers, and Resource Management to deliver equipment and materials needed by crews.
- Perform specialized inspections and testing techniques.
- Provide quality training, statistical analysis, audits, and tools for problem-solving.
- QC drop crews and create inspection reports to ensure work areas meet requirements.
- Recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution.
- Implement performance evaluation methods to enhance safety, reliability, and maintainability.
- Generate reports documenting inspection findings and notify operations/QC management of significant issues.
- Assist with documentation to confirm satisfactory completion of inspections or test activities.
- Support administrative tasks (30-40% of the role), such as tracking, reporting, and assisting Project Managers with INR.
- Run materials, pick up handholes, and check PPE compliance.
About You:

- You work well with others and enjoy long-term projects.
- You have 2 years of verifiable experience in telecommunications and/or construction.
- You understand drawings, permits, and specifications relevant to Fiber, or Cable industries.
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
