Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter , you are responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruiting of financial, technical, and corporate administrative positions within MasTec Communications Group. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.
In addition, you will :
- Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for open positions within the telecommunications industry.
- Ensure the ability to learn / follow proper policies, procedures, and workflows greatly impacting the full recruitment life cycle.
- Partner with the Management teams to support recruiting efforts in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates for the specified job requirements.
- Continually source and develop a network of candidates, in addition to maintaining candidate relationships by utilizing internal databases.
- Establish best practices for recruiting strategies to seek / track qualified candidates.
- Assist in developing recruitment policies and procedures to enhance the overall recruitment process
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
About You :
Comfortable with working high volume requisition load and excels working in a fast past enviroment
Working Hours : Central Time Zone 8 am to 5 pm.
Employment Status : Contract Work
