As an Operation Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our complex communications product solutions (data, voice, IP, etc.) for our customers. Responsibilities
- Upload job attachments, design, as-builts, permits, and job-related documentation into Remedy and P2
- Review issuance packages to ensure they include all relevant and necessary documentation and requirements
- Review close-out packages to ensure jobs meet client specifications for completion
- Maintain job tracking and communicate any risks or issues affecting jobs
- Assist in preparing job closing packages
- Lead daily huddles to review current pipelines of jobs
- Assist in training and coaching of level 1 and 2 Construction Support Specialists
- Co-conduct client meetings with Coordinators and Supervisors to review job statuses
- Assist with client interfacing and crafting clear communication on job statuses and potential risks to jobs
