Dispatcher

The Dispatcher will work directly under the Superintendent and take orders via email & call suppliers to set up orders for future timeframes.

Location & Travel Details: This is an onsite position, based at our client site in the Austin, TX/Pflugerville, TX area. 

• Track quantity delivered vs. ordered
• Schedule updates
• Update equipment locations
• Send reports to General Superintendent team as needed
• Dispatch Haul Drivers and Water Trucks.
• Keep up with tonnages on each jobsite

Qualifications:

• 2 years of dispatch experience in the construction/building materials industry
• Proficiency with computer programs, including Office Suite
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• A desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
