This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This is an office position in York, PA but may require travel within the East Region’s geographic area, primarily Blue Bell, PA (suburb of Philadelphia).

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources within a fast-paced environment. The HR intern will work closely with the HR team to support various functions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Currently pursuing a degree with a concentration in Human Resources (preferred)
- Family or close friend relationship to a current or former employee of H&M, Intren, 3-Phase or MasTec
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
