Job Description
An Outside Plant Engineer at MasTec Inc. plays a crucial role in developing new projects from job definitions to final development and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and manage detail project plans.
- Drive projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgets and resource management.
- Complete job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings.
- Meet deadlines as set by the customer while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Network and asset knowledge and planning to include Aerial & Underground assets and network inventory knowledge.
- Development of Project Packet to include project detail, maps, images and supporting files for review by other MasTec resources.
Qualifications

- You appreciate a varied work environment-both inside and outside.
- You enjoy problem-solving and like to troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software.
- Ability to read and understand maps, drawings and diagrams for project build process.

Starting at $66,560 - $74,000 annually DOE.
