Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage projects, concentrating on safety, schedule, budget, labor relations, customer satisfaction, costs and quality compliance. Also, they work directly with customers and are involved in bidding and billing projects. This position supports the Construction team and customers in addition to various personnel in the company.

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage projects, concentrating on safety, schedule, budget, labor relations, customer satisfaction, costs and quality compliance. Also, they work directly with customers and are involved in bidding and billing projects. This position supports the Construction team and customers in addition to various personnel in the company.
- Manage and lead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.
- Contract management from the standpoint of identifying potential change orders, changes in scope, changes in field conditions, changes in ability to perform as bid with means and methods.
- Managing Subcontractor and Vendor relationships including identifying and mitigating potential risk exposure and cost overrun exposure.
- Report and communicate to external customer(s) and internal management each day.
- Build processes and teams required to deliver all project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Construction Lead for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects.
- Lead weekly meetings with the client and project team.
- Send crews to projects and direct them on the overall tasks needed to be completed.
- Bid and bill each project once complete.
- Approve timesheets and daily logs.
- Ensure the crew has the correct tooling and equipment needed for the project.
Minimum
- History of electrical project work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of electrical utility construction project experience.
Preferred
- Master Electrical license or Electrical Apprentice graduate
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field of study.
- 5 or more years of construction project experience.
- Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional certifications.
- Fundamental knowledge of Primavera P6.
- OSHA 10 certification.
