The Digital Banking Portfolio Team is seeking a Tableau Project Manager to support the Digital Banking and Payments Portfolio Management team. We are building a Banking and Payments platform that enables teams to create products at scale and powers digital channels to deliver compelling experiences in a dramatically faster fashion. As a Tableau Project Manager, you will design and deliver end-to-end tooling and reporting in alignment with our strategic vision and roadmap enabling product success. Evaluate business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the competitive environment. You will empower the Banking Product and Engineering teams with enhanced business metrics through the introduction, management, and administration of efficient tools and processes to generate actionable insight and recommendations to elevate Program and Portfolio management reporting. The successful candidate will have the ability to connect the dots between disparate sources of data, impeccable attention to detail, executive presentation experience, and lead the product governance process to ensure products meet the needs of all relevant stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities : Design and Develop data dashboards using Tableau, Tableau Prep and other supporting tools Develop SQL queries, scripts and routines to automate data processing and enhance dashboard accuracy and efficiency Create visual representations of various data points to tell the story and immediately answer most commonly asked questions Extended Responsibilities : Maintain seamless data links across internal systems ensuring high data quality and consistency Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business Stakeholders to define data and analytic requirements Regularly review and update dashboards to reflect changes in technology infrastructure, and business strategy Generate insightful data visualization and reports to aid in decision-making and demonstrate metric value to stakeholders Find opportunities to adopt innovative technologies Communicate and work reciprocally with Business and Product teams to support changes and implementation Supports the creation of tools and processes to improve the agile teams ability to reliably execute and relentlessly innovate Qualifications : Main : Tableau, Tableau Prep, SQL Secondary : PowerBI, Python, Apptio Communication skills, capable of explaining complex data issues in simple terms to a diverse audience Passion for continual improvement and process design; seeks new ways to improve effectiveness, quality, and compliance Confident and clear communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence leaders / partners / SMEs, and enable progress thorough data-based decision making Nice to have : Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala Demonstrable experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. : Informatica, Cognos, Microstrategy, matplotlib, etc.) Demonstrated experience in data visualization with a focus on financial data analysis Results Oriented Track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives
