Experienced Customer Service Rep. with Office Administrator skills. (Must be a People Person with an Outgoing Personality)! Excellent Customer Service & Administrative Skills in our Casual, and sometimes, fast paced Working Environment. Seeking a team player to help assist in continually running our Customer service department in a professional, smooth, efficient manner, while helping to Grow our business, while Maintaining our customers complete satisfaction, and loyalty. Responsibilities
- Requires BOTH Customer Service & Administrative Skills.
- Lots of phones & people interaction, Greeting Customer reception & walk in.
- General computer software skills & Administrative Office experience.
- Insurance claims, Ordering supplies, Invoicing, Also…Dispatching technicians.
- Addressing customer SERVICE, problem solving, & resolutions.
- Team player, Develop service procedures, policies and standards
Skills
- Must Have Proficiency In English !
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service / Administrator.
- Multi-tasking while Prioritizing, Great attention to Detail a Must.
- Administrative knowledge of software, databases.
- Ability to think strategically, and to also independently lead.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills!
- $ Hourly Pay Rate is Negotiable $. Established upon Experience & Benefits.
