Description :
The 1st Class Structural Welder will be pivotal in the construction and assembly of marine vessels and other structural components. This role will be contributing to the structural integrity and functionality of marine projects.
The schedule for this role has 6 hours of built in overtime. Additional overtime is typically available for those interested.
Full Time Position : Monday-Thursday 6 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM and Friday 6 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM
Successful candidates will pass a Open-Butt V-Groove Weld Test in the 3g vertical / 4g overhead position(s).

Key Responsibilities :
- Welding Functions : Perform various welding tasks, including Frame Tacking, Non-Watertight Butts, Butt Welding, Pick-up Welding, with a focus on producing consistent, high-quality welds.
- Collaboration : Coordinate close with other welders, pipe fitters, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
