Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance and quality of our fleet, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring a pristine finish.
- Utilize various cleaning techniques, including buffing, waxing, and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Conduct custodial duties such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning windows.
- Apply window tinting as needed, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Drive vehicles safely to and from detailing stations or customer locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing minimum 3 years or more.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in car washing and detailing.
- Experience in Wax, Shampoo, Buffing techniques and custodial work is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
Pay start from $10 - $15 Tip Commission Defend on Experience
Must be able to work on Weekends
